THIS year Microsoft Corp has made a shocking breakthrough. After releasing its latest search engine Bing to the market, Microsoft is preparing to launch its latest security suite called Morro. The new antivirus software will be out in the market soon, and surprisingly will be given free for private user.
Microsoft Spokesman said now they are testing Morro on their own employees. Microsoft will shortly make a trial version or beta product that can be taken on their website. Morro will be available as a standalone download and offer malware protection for the Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. The security offering will provide comprehensive protection from malware, including viruses, spyware, rootkits and trojans.
Investors and analysts are very regardful for this free service. The software code-named as Morro has been taken from Brazil’s Morro de Sao Paolo beach. Morro estimated will threaten sales of the products such as Symantec and McAfee. However, unlike other free offerings from security vendors such as AVG, Morro will be delivered as a hosted service.
The availability of Morro will mark the end of Windows Live OneCare subscription service effective on June 30, 2009. Three years ago Microsoft has entered the market with Windows Live OneCare free antivirus, which was changed to paid service. The company announced will shut off the service and replaced with a free version called Morro at the end of 2009.

DVD disk now can be found easily in everywhere. Usually, DVD disk comes in 4.5 gigabytes and 8.5 gigabytes capacities. However, in five years later we will see a revolution in DVD disk. Min Gu, an Australian academic and professor of Optoelectronics at Swinburne University of Technology claims that a single DVD disk named Ultra-DVD that able to store 10,000 times than the current DVD will be discovered soon. This particular disk will support the three-dimensional TV, and ultra high definition image.
The Ultra-DVD has the size and thickness as the conventional DVD disk. The main difference is the disk using nano technology in order to be able to store large amounts of file. Scientists believe such disk can be sold in five years and will be a revolution in storing film, music and data.
Professor Min Gu, who led this research in Melbourne Australia said the disk can contain 200,000 movies. "Materials with nano structure can be paired to the disk to increase the data capacity without the need to increase the size," he said.
Nowadays, a single DVD disk has an ability to store 4.5 - 8.5 gigabytes data for a sufficient length movie, with its additional features, and the soundtrack. Fortunately, DVD disk technology has start been shifted by a Blu-ray disk, which has a 50GB capacity. Five years from now, according to Professor Min Gu, it will be shifted to Ultra-DVD which has a 10 terabyte or 10,000 GB capacity.

IN the past, cameras were able you to take a black and white photograph. As the time goes by, the technology improved. The cameras, then, enable you to take a colorful photograph. From this point, digital cameras evolved which has ability to put them on your computer or even take your camera card to a local store and have the photos printed out on professional paper. Over the years, cameras have evolved in so many ways that it isn't even funny.
These days, high definition video cameras are dominating the market. They are relatively new and quickly catching on, giving you so much you can do with your camera. Unlike the past, cameras are now capable of capturing full videos as well, proving that they are indeed capable of capturing any memory you can possibly imagine.
High definition video cameras also offer you 20X zoom lens or more, meaning that you can zoom in quite a distance on things that you want to capture up close and personal. For the most part, you can do things with these cameras that you may have never before thought possible.
When you capture a picture or video with high definition cameras, you'll be very amazed at what you see. Just like HDTV, the pictures of the camera are very lifelike. If you have a newborn baby, a high definition video camera may be just what you need to capture each and every precious moment. For this reason and many more, you shouldn't hesitate to get a high definition video camera as you like- that is if you don't own one already.
